Payment Methods

1.   Credit Card –MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are available to customers within the United States and Canada.

2.  Open Account –Upon approval is offered through third party providers (ACIMA for credit challenged), open account status is also granted to public schools, hospitals, and government agencies with a hardcopy purchase order. Open account terms are Net 30 days from invoice date. AEW reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate  allowed by law on all balances not paid within the 30days.

3.  Amazon Pay, PayPal, or Apple Pay is also available. –If you choose the PayPal option and do not have a PayPal account, you may register at http://www.paypal.com and then submit your payment contact us here. Once we receive confirmation of deposit from PayPal, your order will ship and a confirmation of shipment emailed. PayPal terms are available only to registered and verified PayPal buyers. Order must ship to bill-to address on file with PayPal

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax in the US. Customers who submit a valid sales tax exemption certificate will be exempt from sales tax where applicable.

Order Changes/Cancellations

Shortly after placing your order via phone or online, you will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking number and order details. If you do not see these emails in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.”

Returns

If for any reason you decide the part you purchased does not suit your application or just isn’t for you, simply return it to us in new, pristine condition within 30 days of the purchase date and we will promptly issue you a refund, less return shipping charges.

Merchandise Returns Terms and Conditions

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, feel free to return it within 30 days of the invoice date in new, pristine condition for a full merchandise refund. Simply email or call us to request a Return Authorization number.
Please pack your return securely and insure thru the carrier of your choice. Customer pays return shipping fees except for the following for which we will provide a prepaid return label.

1.  Damaged parts – Please inspect your shipment upon receipt and report any damage to us within 30 days. We will replace your parts immediately and file a damage claim with the carrier.(Sorry, we cannot file damage claims after 30days). Email images displaying product damage, manufacturer box, outer shipping carton, and shipping label to contact us here  We will file a Damage Inspection Claim which results in a carrier follow-up to inspect your package. The carrier requires recipient to retain all boxes, labels, and packing materials until the claim has been approved.

How to Make a Return

You may initiate your return via your online account. See Account Overview/Purchase History. Click on the applicable order to display details and select “Return”. Or, email our contact page.

Most returns are processed in1-2 business days.Please note some returns may require extended processing days for technical evaluation,peak times, etc.

Non-returnable Products

2. Products with visible signs of use such as mounting marks, scratches, solder, sealing caulk, dirt, sawdust or other debris/residue, extreme odors such as cigarette smoke.

3. Speakers with a burned voice coil are not returnable for exchange, repair, refund, or credit, as this is not covered by its warranty. No exceptions. Distinct burn odor and/or discolored/black spider around base of cone are characteristic of a burned voice coil. While we do not accept returns of speakers with burned voice coils, they may be returned, postage prepaid, for evaluation.

When an exact replacement is no longer available for your defective unit, we will make every attempt to provide an alternate solution. If we are unable to do so, we will provide a pro-rated refund (based on purchase date, price, and warranty duration.)

Warranty – Defective Merchandise



1. Limited Warranty– All new products, unless otherwise warranted in their description, are warranted only to be free of defects in material and workmanship for thirty (30) days from date of shipment. No purchase order or verbal advice shall alter this.

Disclaimer– There are no other express warranties. To the extent that warranties may be implied by operation of law, their duration is limited to the same length of the foregoing limited warranty.

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE DUE TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR IMPROPER USE OF PRODUCTS.

3. Remedy– We will at our election, and subject to availability, either replace, repair, or exchange any product we have sold with a defect in materials or workmanship, or issue a full or pro-      rated refund/store credit for the purchase price plus applicable tax, providing you return such product to us, properly packaged and shipping prepaid, with a copy of your invoice and an explanation of the defect. The foregoing shall be the exclusive remedy for defective or nonconforming merchandise.

All defective returns are evaluated upon receipt. We do not refund products deemed defective as a result of mishandling or misuse.

Copying, reproducing, or distributing the content of this website without our prior written consent is not permitted, unless AudioElectronicWarehouse is properly cited as the source.
